Introduction

Welcome to the Academy Team. In Academy, you are responsible for training new members to the HS. It will be your task to ensure that recruits gain all the necessary information and training, then to ensure they are providing the people of CMG with a genuine RP experience, utilising any available hospital for this purpose, as well as making use of the Traffic Menu and other divisions available to assist in scenarios. Additionally, Academy members can get promoted from Junior to Senior recruiter, in which they will receive additional training so that they can host other much-needed training and will be in a much more trusted role within the Academy Team.

• You have additional permissions in the NHS Discord 

• Senior Recruiters can host trainings, such as recruitment fairs. They can also conduct watchovers within the Academy team.
